Gear reducer use and maintenance

One. Precautions before installation
1. The mounting shaft of this machine should be cleaned before use. And check whether the installation shaft is bruised and dirty, and if so, all should be cleaned.
2. The service temperature of the reducer is 0~40 °C.
3. Check whether the matching size of the hole (or shaft) connected with the reducer meets the requirements, and the tolerance of the hole should be H7 (the tolerance of the shaft is H6).
4. Before use, the blockage at the highest position should be replaced with an exhaust screw plug to ensure that the gas in the body is discharged when the reducer is running.
Two. Installation of the reducer
1. The reducer can only be installed on flat, shock-absorbing and torsion-resistant support structures.
2. Under no circumstances is it allowed to hammer pulleys, couplings, pinions or sprockets, etc. into the output shaft, as this will damage the bearing and shaft.
Three. Use and maintenance
1. After the reducer is installed, check whether it is flexible. For formal use, a no-load test must be carried out, and under normal operation, it is gradually loaded and operated.
2. The reducer is strictly forbidden to exceed the rated load.
3. The reducer should check whether the oil level is normal before use and during work, the machine has been filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory, lubricating oil name: medium load industrial gear oil GB5903-86220.
Four. Oil change system
The first oil change This machine should be replaced after 300~400 hours of operation, and then every 1500~2000 hours thereafter. In the working environment of harsh working environment, high temperature and large dust, the lubricating oil should be inspected every half a month, and the lubricating oil should be replaced if it is found to be dirty, so as to keep the lubricating oil clean, extend the service life of the reducer, and improve economic benefits.
Five. Oil replacement
When changing the oil, wait for the reducer to cool down and there is no risk of combustion, but it should still be kept warm, because after complete cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain oil. (Note: Cut off the power to the transmission to prevent unintentional power-up!) )
