2. When the input shaft and output shaft are connected with power and supporting machinery, if they are connected with couplings, the shaft and shaft are required to be strictly aligned, there should be no misalignment phenomenon, and the use of triangle belts and chains should not be too tight or too loose.
3. The installation foundation should be firm and reliable, there should be no vibration and loosening, and the fixing screws should be selected in strict accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
4. The installation screw should be checked from time to time whether it is tightened and fixed firmly, and the gasket should be selected as much as possible with a spring gasket.
Second, lubrication
1. The gear reducer generally adopts oil pool lubrication, and before use, pay attention to add medium and extreme pressure gear oil N220 or N320 to the specified position (20-30mm at the lowest tooth), and supplement it regularly.
2. For the first 50 hours, the new oil should be replaced immediately, and the oil inside the body should be cleaned, and then completely replaced every three months.
3. Please replace the oil seal as soon as possible.
